Françoise D’Eaubonne, born in Paris on March 12th 1920, is a French writer, philosopher, feminist activist and ecofeminist.
During her life she stood up against the Algerian war, she was the co-founder of the MLF (Mouvement de Libération des Femmes) and a signatory of the Manifeste des 343 for the right to abortion.
In addition, together with the writer and journalist Guy Hocquenghem and Anna-Marie Grélois, he launched the FHAR (Front homosexuel d’action révolutionnaire) in 1971.
